Born and raised in Italy but moved to Australia in 2010. Network engineer by trade I started my journey around the world on a motorcycle in 2015. After covering over 250000km, I started collaborating with KTM and became an ambassador for the brand. I now travel the world under the orange flag and share my passion with the world.

Why I travel

I’ve been lucky enough to ride my motorcycle around the world. It was an incredible and life-changing experience that allowed me to see some of the most beautiful places on Earth while also connecting with myself in ways that I never thought possible.

One of the best aspects of motorcycle travel is that it allows you to be in touch with yourself. When you’re on a motorcycle, you’re completely exposed to the environment around you. You can feel the wind on your face, smell the scents of the landscape, and hear the sounds of the road.

As I’ve travelled across different countries and cultures, I’ve realised that each place has its own unique energy. When I arrive in a new place on my motorcycle, I’m not just experiencing the sights and sounds of the location, I’m also creating a version of myself that is in tune with my current self, not the one that I’m supposed to be. This sense of self-discovery and exploration is what makes motorcycle travel so special.

Riding a motorcycle also offers a sense of independence and self-reliance. When you’re on the road, you’re responsible for everything from navigation to maintenance. You need to be able to handle any situation that comes your way, whether it’s a mechanical issue or a change in weather. This independence and self-reliance are empowering and can have a positive impact on your life even when you’re not on the road.

Of course, there are also challenges. You need to be prepared for unexpected situations and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances. However, the rewards far outweigh the challenges. There’s something truly special about exploring the world on two wheels and experiencing the environment in a way that you just can’t get from inside a car or on public transportation.

Travelling with my bike has been a transformative experience for me. Going on a round the world ride offers a unique opportunity to connect with oneself and the environment in a way that is very hard to replicate in any other form of travel. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just starting out, I highly recommend taking your motorcycle on a trip and seeing the world in a whole new way.
