Wide and grippy foot pegs are a must for any motorcycle going off-road because it increases comfort when standing and helps prevent your boots slipping off in muddy conditions.

SRC Moto provide wide and grippy pegs for a huge variety of bikes. We have Honda CRF300Ls and so opted for pegs to fit that bike.

The stock 300L has a 38mm wide peg and these increase that width to 50mm.

They’re easy to fit, the job should take under five minutes.

These pegs aren’t flashy, they’re not pivot pegs and they don’t have any removable rubber inserts like some pegs do. But they’re exceptionally well-priced at £45 and are built to be simple, tough, wide and grippy and they do that job perfectly.

If you’re after a more dual-purpose peg as you’ll be road riding the majority of the time, then these might not be for you. If you’re off-road the majority of the time and want a simple and rugged set of pegs, then go for them.

  1. 1. As you said, these aren’t flashy pegs. What would you consider flashy (I mean, with removable rubber!)?

    2. Is there a UK supplier that you could recommend too?

    • Hi Henry,
Yeah, by not flashy I mean they’re simple and rugged pegs. They’re not able to pivot, rotate or have rubber inserts for motorway riding etc. But, we think these are great pegs though! We are using them for our round the world trip and love them. You can order from SRC in the UK. Unfortunately I don’t know who their UK supplier is, but we ordered them from SRC in the US and shipment was easy.
