Rolling Mavericks Motorcycle Tyre Lever Wrench Tool

If you’re running tubed tyres and travel on your bike or even ride off-road, chances are you’ll get a puncture one day and need to change your tyres out on the trail.

Nobody wants to carry big heavy duty tyre levers around with them, and we all also know the adventure motorcycle mantra: light is right. And an easy and effective way to lighten your load is to take gear that has multiple uses… Enter the T6 tyre lever and wrench!

Lightweight

These levers are exceptionally lightweight. There are s a range of sizes and they weigh between 69 and 103 grams. That’s super light. They’re also only 244mm long, so the levers easily fit into our tool kit.

Strong

But they’re also exceptionally strong and have a Nm torque rating of 122 each. So, you can apply a heavy boot to them without worry.

Multi use

We have Honda CRF300Ls and the rear axle sizes are 24 and 17mm, so we opted for two tyre levers at each size. Two levers is often enough to remove and replace most tyres and our levers weigh 88 and 101 grams respectively.

So far

We tested these levers out by changing both tyres on both bikes before leaving using only the two levers and they were easy to use. At first, handling the levers feels like they might break because they’re so light, but we removed the rear wheels and changed all four tyres and they were easy to use and made the usually sweaty process easy peasy.

Exceptionally well-priced for what they are, especially when looking at competitor prices for lightweight levers which are made using the same 7075-T6 forged aluminium with the same torque rating.
