About me – Andy Davidson
I’ve spent a lifetime travelling on motorcycles. I started at 17, riding around the UK before quickly heading to Europe. At 19, I rode from the UK to Albania, followed by riding trips through Southeast Asia and a long solo journey from the UK to Iraq and back at 23 years old. My expertise deepened as a full-time feature writer, motorcycle test rider and journalist for Motor Cycle News in the UK, travelling the world professionally testing adventure bikes, gear, and writing about all things travel.
But the road called louder – so in 2018, Alissa and I left the UK for an indefinite life on the road and have been riding round the world since. Now, I help fellow overlanders by sharing our hard earned knowledge through our website.
