Features
The rucksack uses a rolltop closure which is fastened by two clips on either side of the bag. This system is better than a top clip as it means you can squeeze that little bit extra in. It comes with a waist and chest belt with adjustable shoulder straps and a padded back. It also has a handy front zip compartment for quick access to your stuff, although this compartment isn’t 100% waterproof.
What’s good?
In one year of ownership this bag has been through it all. It started life as my everyday bag while working as a motorcycle journalist. I then used it for trekking through Vietnam, after it became my casual backpack, then went to a camping bag before turning into my skiing rucksack and is now my camera and laptop bag. It’s a tough, multi-use rucky, simple in design, plenty of space, folds up small, comfortable and 100% waterproof. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
What’s not?
I can’t pick a single fault with the Lomo 30 litre rucksack.
Round-up
Multi-use, durable, all-day comfortable, waterproof and incredibly cheap. Brilliant!
